As a blogger, I am a lover of organisation, planning, and setting goals. Scrolling through my posts you will see that I have a clear passion for lifestyle. Because of this I have decided to create a simple to follow 10-step guide on how to complete your goals.
It can be difficult knowing where and how to start, but with this guide I hope that you can head into 2020 with absolutely no doubts that you will smash your goals.
write a physical list - this will really make your goals feel more set in place & real, as well as giving you no excuses to forget them
set goals that make you feel excited - this with help you to feel super motivated to get started & work towards them
be inspired by others - carry out research & know your goals
bring your goals into your daily routine - make those goals become habits, as soon as they become second nature you are well on your way to success
look back and reflect on how well you are doing - regularly revisit progress to truly see where you are currently at & what goals can be set next
remember why you set the goals - if you are struggling think back to the excitement of setting goals, where the initial motivation was, and why you wish to achieve them
share your progress - even if it's just on instagram stories it will hugely help with motivation and knowing where your next steps are
write daily to-do lists - when you have a lot to get done this will ensure you balance time well
constantly challenge yourself - push yourself to work harder
find a way to reward achievements - even if it is just watch another episode of your favourite show or baking a three-tiered cake
